World Pro Instant Air

                                WORLD PRO INSTANT AIR
                   PORTABLE POWER SOURCE KITS

                                   Say good-bye to compressors!

The World Pro Instant Air kit is a revolutionary new product that will liberate you from compressors.  It is a CO2 based alternative to compressed air that you can take anywhere.

How does it work?

This revolutionary kit uses pressurized liquid CO2 in a 20 oz. tank, which turns into a dry vapor when released through our exclusive regulator.

What is CO2?

CO2 is carbon dioxide, a safe and stable gas.  It is non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-flammable.  Your body exhales CO2, and you consume it when you drink sodas and beer.

Is CO2 safe for air tools and tires?

Yes!  Unlike compressed air, CO2 contains no moisture.  This makes it great for air tools and tires, and even for blowing out electrical equipment.

What’s included in the kit?

The complete kit contains the following:

-     20 oz. CO2 tank with regulator, 6 ft. coil hose and quick connect
-     blow gun and hard rubber accessory tip
-     tire fill nozzle, tire pressure gauge and air fill needle
-     tire repair kit
-     CO2 tank filling adapter
-     durable blow mold carry case

How big is the kit?

The dimensions of the case are 13.5” x 9.5” x 4.75” and a complete kit weighs 5.375 pounds.

What air (pneumatic) tools can I use?

You name it!  Here are some examples:  impact wrenches, brad nailers, framing nailers, air ratchets, pin nailers, staplers and rivet tools.

How long does a 20 oz. tank last on a fill?

The number of shots varies depending on the volume of CO2 in the tank, and the type and make of tool. Cheap air tools use more air and do less work.   In our tests with full tanks and good quality tools we found one fill could do any one of the following:  shoot 500 brad nails, shoot 110 framing nails, run an air ratchet over 3 ½ minutes or run an impact wrench over 2 minutes.

How do I fill a 20 oz. tank?

There are two ways to fill the tank:

  1. Go to a refill station.  These include welding supply stores, bulk gas retailers and      paintball shops.  One refill usually costs about $5.00.
  2. Fill the tank yourself with a 50 lb. bulk tank rented from a bulk CO2 fill station.  Rental usually costs about $15.00.  Instructions for filling and a bulk tank fill adapter are included with the kit.

How do I know the tank is full?

To completely fill a tank, it’s always best to refrigerate it before filling.  If this can’t be done, fill the tank as much as possible, then drain it using the blow gun.  This will chill the tank.  Now refill the tank and it will be completely full.

Do I have to keep the tank refrigerated after filling?

No.  Simply keep it out of the sun until you begin using it.

Is it safe to carry a filled tank in a vehicle?

Yes!  Our tanks are US DOT (Department of Transportation) and Transport Canada approved.  Our tanks are also equipped with ASTM approved valves for extra safety.

How do I carry the tank during use?

The regulator has a waist clip to clip to your belt.  In most cases this holds the tank close to vertical, and holding the tank vertical results in the best performance.

Will liquid CO2 leak into my tools?

Keeping the tank vertical ensures this will not happen.

Is there a danger of overfilling my own CO2 tank?

We recommend weighing the tank after filling to make sure you’ve added only 20 ounces of liquid CO2. The tank is equipped with an ASTM approved burst disc which protects the tank in the unlikely event of excessive pressure.
